Gretchen Navas is responsible for communications and corporate marketing as well as public and media relations for HP Inc. across Latin America focusing on Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico and Peru.Born in Puerto Rico, Navas graduated from college in Washington, D.C. as Bachelor of Arts and Sciences and later completed a post graduate study program in Rome, Italy focused on Cross Culture and International Communications.She joined the Puerto Rico Federal Affairs Administration in Washington D.C. to work with the Governor of Puerto Rico as part of the public relations and protocol team where she was a speechwriter and counselor on international protocol issues for the First Lady’s activities in the mainland.Navas was later recruited by MCI and relocated to Mexico City, Mexico to collaborate on Banamex’s and MCI’s joint venture, Avantel.  She joined the marketing team and co developed the design and identity of the brand, communication strategy and advertising campaigns.In 1998, Hewlett-Packard Mexico hired Navas to manage marketing communications for both the enterprise and consumer markets.In 2006, Hewlett-Packard’s ally Microsoft, recruited her to handle Corporate Public Relations for the Public and Private Sectors in the verge of Mexico’s presidential elections where the threat of the new government preferring Open Source vs. Microsoft solutions was a big threat to the company.  Navas hosted and lead Bill Gate’s visit to Mexico in 2007 receiving high recognition from Microsoft Corporation and The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation for her performance and achievements.  Later the same year, Navas rejoined Hewlett Packard Mexico to manage Marketing and Communications for the Mexican subsidiary and currently holds a senior management position in the Latin America HP Inc. team.

Jorge is a seasoned executive with more than 14 years of experience with a Marketing and Advertising background.  He started his HSBC career in 2005, based in Mexico, and has worked in other countries and regions across the globe.  Having performed roles in several internal functions such as Procurement working in Projects for Mexico and LAM region which comprised 12 countries.  He subsequently joined the HSBC Strategy Team (M&A Divesitures) with strong participation on the transaction of the Assets sale of all HSBC Businesses lines in Latin American countries, across El Salvador, Honduras, Colombia, Peru, Paraguay and Costa Rica, leading in-country due diligence processes leading both Virtual & Physical Data Rooms management.In 2010, Jorge moved into the Human Resources function leveraging his broader business line experience to focus on the people agenda.  Within Human Resources he has undertaken a variety of roles such as; Regional Head of HR Business Support for LAM International (small countries),  Head of LAM HR Management Information team, and in 2014 he was short term assigned in Argentina leading the Talent Acquisition teams in Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Uruguay, region responsible for c.10,000 hires per year in 2015.Since August 2016 he has been assigned to India supporting the HSBC Technology transformation which is one of HSBC’s key strategic priorities.  Accountable for operationally leading the Talent Acquisition team in building out the offshore Technology Centre and enhancing local processes and practices.
